Corporate governance

Our Board of Directors is responsible for providing governance over the affairs of our company and sets a high standard representing our shareholders with strong emphasis on the importance of integrity, competence, character and culture. They are independent, engaged, and diverse, with skills that are well suited to our business and industry.

We routinely review and benchmark against best practices and trends to ensure that we understand opportunities and differences. We have robust objectives, a self-evaluation process, which consists of trimester reviews at all levels. We conduct an annual corporate governance survey of all employees in order to monitor the internal perception around a broad range of topics.
