How we do it
Our factories
Our production process based on Direct Chill (DC) casting enables us to obtain sheet with superior mechanical properties compared to material produced through Continuous Casting (CC – Caster) processes.
We provide an integrated process, from melting and casting through rolling and slitting.
Alloys available in all tempers:
1100, 1350, and 1050 alloys
3003, 3003M, 3004, 3105 alloys
5005, 5052, 5754 alloys
Thickness range:
Sheet: 0.45 mm – 4.0 mm (0.017” – 0.157”)
Plate: Subject to feasibility review with technical advisor
Width range:
Coil/Strip: 160 mm – 1,219 mm (6.29” – 48”)
